Duties and Responsibilities:Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support the company's overall marketing and business goals.Lead the digital marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve high-performance results.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, content, design, and analytics, to create integrated marketing campaigns.Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor strategies to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum return on investment (ROI).Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), display advertising, social media advertising, email marketing, and more.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders.Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, incorporating them into the marketing strategy when appropriate.Enhance the company's online presence through effective SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies and content marketing.Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts through various digital channels while maintaining a consistent brand message.Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and tools for the success of marketing campaigns.Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations in all digital marketing activities.Continuously test and optimize digital marketing efforts to enhance performance and achieve higher conversion rates.

Expected to know the numbers.Strong attention to details coupled with the ability to aggressively manage deadlines and goals.Ability to handle ambiguity, juggle many tasks at once and quickly shift from one situation or task to another.Track record of effective vendor management.Consistently exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Ability to maintain professionalism in changing and/or challenging situations.

Education/Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.At least 10+ years in digital marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role.Experience in a telecommunication environment a plus.

Computer Skills:MS Office Suite: Outlook, Powerpoint, Word, Teams, and Excel.Hands-on experience with web analytics and our CRM software (HubSpot).
