On exception we will hire in secondary locations such as District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Virginia. We are not actively recruiting in Colorado, Rhode Island or Washington.

Overall Purpose

This position leads growth focused marketing campaign strategy and works with cross-functional stakeholders on execution. Works cross-functionally across product management, brand marketing, partner marketing and data sciences, to define and execute growth marketing strategies. Responsible for analyzing program success and incorporating insights into future program planning.

Essential Functions

Work closely with product management, data sciences, and brand and partner marketing leads to uncover opportunities for growth based on dataLead development and ongoing updates to data driven marketing campaigns and marketing toolkits for financial institutions to drive product usageTest, experiment, identify, and diversify growth programs in a way that will maximize resultsInitiate development of performance and tracking reports for marketing programs, consolidating information and providing end-to-end metrics visibilityWork cross-functionally with a variety of stakeholders to articulate growth marketing performance to the exec team, product, data, sales, finance, and the broader marketing teamEstablish deep understanding of our market, customer segments, and product to effectively build powerful campaigns.Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and partner constituencies including marketing teams, legal, finance, and salesSupport the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field or equivalent experience.10+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or related field.Performance-driven, deeply analytical, comfortable deriving insights and making decisions from data.Experience creating and executing usage focused marketing programs and measuring end-to-end results (bonus points for experience doing this in a B2B2C organization).Familiarity with both paid and organic channels, online and offline and a variety of growth tactics.Experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.Results-driven, self-motivated, organized, proactive, collaborative and able to thrive in an ambiguous environment.Previous experience managing relationships with varying levels of seniority, creating successful marketing programs and go to market strategies for partnership.High level of personal and professional integrity, sensitivity and confidentiality.Background and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 10 pounds occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and/or external customers.

The Pay Scale For This Position In

Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL in USD per year is: $165,000 - $185,000.

New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $190,000 - $210,000.
