We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication and active independent and collaborative engagement. Strong design skills and a passion for creativityStrong organizational skills to timely maintain project milestones and deliverables throughout the life of the projectA high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulnessAbility to lead projects in multiple phases of developmentExperience from Concept through Construction AdministrationAbility to skillfully work alongside internal and external collaboratorsStrong written and verbal communication and collaboration skillsAbility to foster a positive, inclusive and collaborative work environmentAbility to establish critical path milestones and deliverable schedulesRequirements
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 10+ years of professional experienceBachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or universityExperience with REVIT, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and BluebeamMid- to Large-scale commercial experience preferredLicensed Architect preferred
