LIVV’s mission is to inspire and guide others to achieve superior health and live a life worth living.ABOUT THE ROLEAs the Marketing Director, you will embody and tell the story of the LIVV brand (to LIVV a life worth living). You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness, drive customer acquisition, and increase revenue. Through doing this, you will build and captivate an audience and community that is passionate and excited about LIVV’s mission. In addition, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives. In addition, you will manage and lead a team of marketing professionals in order to achievecompany objectives.WHAT YOU WILL DOBrand Development and Comprehensive Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute brand & content marketing strategy across multiple platforms and mediums. Using a story-teller approach, you will engage and educate customers in LIVV’s mission and services.Brand Positioning and Messaging : Define and articulate LIVV’s brand positioning, value proposition and messaging framework while ensuring consistency across all channels.Brand Awareness: Increase brand awareness through creation and implementation of brand ambassador programs and partnerships with other relevant local businesses, in addition to all other social media efforts.Advertisement Management : Manage advertising campaigns (social media, email drip campaigns,etc), including budget allocation, targeting, creative development, and performance tracking, to achieve campaign objectives and maximize ROAS.Team Management: Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve company objectives.Collaboration of Teams: Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and initiatives.KPI Management: Track and analyze social media metrics and KPIs to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and generate insights for reporting and optimization.WHAT YOU BRINGBachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field required (advanced degree preferred).5+ years demonstrating progressive advancement up to marketing director roles in health and wellness, health/fitness product or luxury brand marketing; able to demonstrate success through a marketing portfolio and corresponding outcomesProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results.Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset with the ability to set up marketing dashboards, interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial start-up environment.Must be authorized to work in the US under W2 status.WHAT WE OFFERJoin us in shaping unforgettable experiences and setting new standards of excellence in the world of luxury health spa operations.Competitive base salaryMonthly IV servicesEmployees receive 30% discount on LIVV products and servicesAccrued paid time off (including sick leave where applicable)Eligible for Annual Performance Bonus PlanComprehensive health care benefitsLIVV reserves the right to modify compensation and benefits at any time, with or without notice, subject to applicable law.Schedule & Hours:This is a full-time hybrid position.A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, and the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.Learn more about what it is like to work at LIVV:https://www.linkedin.com/company/livv-natural-health/http://www.livvnatural.comAdditional Information:LIVV is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
