This leader will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and establish a strong market presence.

The Director of Sales and Marketing will play a pivotal role in the successful launch and ongoing success of our luxury hotel. Responsibilities include strategic planning, brand development, team leadership, client relationship management, digital marketing, revenue management, and fostering innovation.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.Brand Development and Management: Establish a strong brand identity and ensure all marketing efforts align with brand values.Team Leadership and Development: Build and mentor a high-performing team and provide ongoing training.Client Relationship Management: Cultivate relationships with key clients and represent the hotel at industry events.Digital Marketing and Social Media: Oversee digital marketing campaigns and leverage social media platforms.Revenue Management: Work with revenue management team to develop pricing strategies and manage the sales and marketing budget.Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Seek out innovative marketing approaches, stay informed about industry advancements, and foster creativity within the team.QUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years of experience in luxury resorts/hotel group sales and catering.Ability to work independently and execute action plans effectively.Knowledge of sales skills, revenue management, and hotel operations.Must provide valid work documents in the US and meet legal age requirements.Join us in shaping the future of luxury hospitality in Santa Cruz.
