For more information, please visit www.ON24.com.As a member of the marketing operations team, the Marketing Operations Campaigns Manager is primarily responsible for the day-to-day execution, monitoring, and optimization of complex, multi-channel campaigns. You will partner with the broader marketing organization to develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns designed to drive awareness, lead generation, engagement, pipeline, and revenue.ResponsibilitiesManaging email campaigns from production to analytics, through testing and deployment. Recommending the best course of action to reach the campaign goals.Working closely with the Demand, Growth, Product, etc. teams to define optimal email/nurture programs to increase awareness, demand generation, and customer retention.Providing visibility and insights on results and recommending improvements to increase open rates, click rates, constantly improving deliverability, and reducing opt-outs.Establishing and continuously improving processes to ensure the overall team's effectiveness.
