Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company’s business objectivesLead and inspire the marketing team to drive business growth and meet organizational goals.Establish a comprehensive marketing plan that includes brand development, digital marketing, and customer acquisitionOversee the creation and implementation of the company’s brand strategyEnsure consistent messaging and brand identity across all marketing channelsDevelop and maintain a strong company brand through innovative marketing campaignsManage all digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertisingUtilize data analytics to measure and optimize the effectiveness of marketing campaignsStay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologiesConduct market research to identify opportunities and areas for growthAnalyze market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform marketing strategiesUse data-driven insights to guide marketing efforts and decision-makingWork closely with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and support sales effortsCollaborate with product development and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business goalsDevelop marketing materials and campaigns to support sales initiativesDevelop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resourcesMonitor marketing expenses and adjust strategies as needed to meet budgetary goalsReport on the effectiveness and ROI of marketing initiativesPerforms other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExpert technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and assist and train othersExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesAbility to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environmentExtremely proficient with Gmail, Google Suite, WordPress and various social media platforms or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated softwareAbility to work independentlyEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma and minimum 4+ years marketing manager experience requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computerAbility to lift and/or carry up to 15 pounds of brand merchandise as neededIn alignment with our goal of continuing to create a diverse team, we are strongly encouraging candidates of color to apply.
