The Director, Solutions Architect will draw on their experience and expertiseinmedia and data strategy as it relates to the technology and platforms solutions marketplace to intersect and drive synergy between data, advanced analytics,and marketing strategy. Most importantly, they willtake a consultative, partnership-driven approach in drivingthe client's business results forward through data-driven strategy, product recommendation and implementation, andin-depth marketplace knowledge.This is a new and unique opportunity to help a highly innovative consumertechnology client navigate through an ever-changing data landscape through providing thought leadership and creating synergy amongst agency and client teams to ensure best media campaign results possible now and in the future.The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of directly related experience indata-driven media strategy,andconsumer insights with in-depth knowledge of data, platforms and the advertisement technology marketplace. Must haves include a proven track record of team and thought leadership, and managing key stakeholder relationships including executive and c-suite internal and external stakeholders, impeccable communication skills and demonstrated ability to present, lead meetings, and manage clientrelationships.This is part of a fun, innovative team that values career development, creativity, and leveraging individual talents to spearhead best possible results.

Responsibilities:Guide and drive use of data and technology to impact media strategies for brands based on business objectives.Includes collaboration across to Strategy, Investment, and Analytics to oversee the deployment and activation of marketing technologiesMulti-year future state visioning of existing solutionsEvaluate new and current data & technology partners and new approaches for greatest client impactPioneer innovative approaches & solutions to address business objectives (via custom solutions) and industry gaps (via agency product development)Lead a team and leverage talents and abilities to achieve best solutions and results possibleBuild and maintain relationships amongst internal and external stakeholdersBuild presentations and deliver to internal partners and clientsServe as the marketplace representation forStarcom’sData Practice and its impact on client businessesUnderstand how platform/data technologies work and offer the ability to explain technical concepts in ordinary terms (be technically savvy - understand the opportunities and limitations)Communicate opportunities, learnings, and recommendations with authority and credibilityDeveloping business cases for the client to secure talent in Starcom talent and technologyBachelor’s degree or higher preferred, ideallyin marketing, advertising, business, marketing, technology, analytics, or equivalent7+ years of professional experience in consulting (strategy or operations), digital and advanced analytics, marketing technology, digital strategy, and buyingStrong attention to detail and understanding sense of urgencyProven track record in establishing prioritiesStrong entrepreneurial mind-set with the drive to dig in, problem solve, and evolve solutions; comfortable providing clarity in times of ambiguityAbility to cultivate relationships with technologyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent relationship building and decision making skills with the ability to think creativelyProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteStarcomis an Equal Opportunity Employer.
