We are the #1 global market leader in Wireless-WAN based enterprise connectivity solutions and are growing fast in enterprise Private 5G networks and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) solutions.\ \ How Will You Contribute to the Company? \ \ We are seeking an innovative, results-oriented Senior Alliance Marketing Manager to serve as a primary go-to-market marketing point of contact for Private Networking and other ecosystem partners. This role will help drive integrated marketing plans, enablement and demand-generation programs with strategic Private Networking business partners in order to help the company exceed current and future growth targets. This position reports to the Sr. Director Service Provider Marketing.\ \ The ideal candidate has an equal passion for business development, strategic marketing and program execution coupled with a deep familiarity of the information technology business. The candidate will also exhibit exceptional executive presence, be able to flex to an evolving environment and exhibit emotional maturity. This candidate will also have experience in building strategic partnerships, creating customized and integrated marketing programs from scratch and skillfully collaborating with internal and external teams to bring the programs to life.\ \ What Will You Do?

Serve as a primary go-to-market marketing liaison for Private Cellular Networking and other ecosystem partners within the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions Field, Partner Service Provider & Alliances Marketing team.Design and develop integrated marketing plans with top tier technology partners, with the goal of driving pipeline and revenue growth, while leveraging the existing Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions marketing teams, expertise and programsCollaborate with various marketing teams to execute upon said marketing plans. Such collaboration and alignment will result in the candidate\'s ability to deliver the Partner Program marketing benefits, such as: joint go-to-market planning and execution, sales tool development, access to technical trainings and certifications via Cradlepoint University.Joint marketing plans including value proposition, messaging and PR strategy that aligns with the Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions marketing strategyEvent participation that supports, augments and enhances Ericsson Enterprise Wireless Solutions event strategyDemand generation and promotional campaigns that serve to leverage existing demand gen expertise and programmatic approachesA cadence of alliance communications and coordination of communications with enablement teamsAssets and training for Alliance, Field and Channel sales and technical teams that is cohesive and inclusive of Ericsson\'s Enterprise Wireless Solutions organizational learning and enablement strategyEngage and coordinate with Product Marketing, Sa es Enablement and Field, Partner & Service Provider Marketing to ensure launch activities include sales, channel and alliance partner enablement activities and supportManage and report upon quarterly metrics for partner marketing initiatives and resulting influence on sales pipelineManage and stay within quarterly alliance marketing budget and related Marketing Development FundsManage consistent communications on plan, successes, challenges with all key stakeholders.Prepare and give marketing reviews to senior and executive management, partner stakeholders and business development teams

\ Qualifications \ Minimum Qualifications:

Ten (10) years of professional alliance or channel marketing experience in a fast-paced B2B environment, preferable in the IT or networking industries, including at least seven (7) years of demonstrated success delivering marketing plans with key business partners, at scale, with a recognized industry leader

Proven ability to ideate, design, execute and track integrated, customized marketing strategies and programs with key business partners

Ability to develop and deliver messaging, presentations and communications to a variety of audiences, adapting delivery styles and methods

Experience using a CRM and marketing-integrated tools such as Mark
