Fashion Marketing Coordinator

Thriving Fashion Brand is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ecommerce Coordinator to join our team.In this role, you will be responsible for working on multiple Label divisions, collaborating with Design and Sales teams to plan and coordinate digital needs based on the calendar. Additionally, you will work closely with a marketing consultant in managing ecommerce site.JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Marketing Coordinator role works with design and sales to plan and coordinate all digital marketing needs based on the annual calendar. They will engage Ecommerce coordinator and outside marketing consultant in creating content for Social Media and Websites.RESPONSIBILITIES:Coordinate Lifestyle Photo Shoots -

this includes researching locations, model casting, photographer, videographer and stylist scheduling, maintain prop libraries, attend photo shoots, re-touching, editing, organizing and filing photos.Line Sheets and Look Books -

Develop line sheets and look books from photo shoots including assets, formats and all collateral. Manage all printing needs for sales and markets.Sales Marketing Support -

Provide sales with any materials needed for trade shows (banners, IG scan cards, promotional logo products, etc.).Budgets -

Manage and work withinthe approved marketing budget for multiple brands.EXPECTATIONS:

This role requires a self-motivated individual withexperience working in a fast - paced environment often with tight deadlines. An ability to collaborate with the design team, sales team, outside marketing consultant and executing all needs in a timely manner. Clear and concise communication across multiple channels. Must be proficient with Adobe Creative (Photoshop, Illustrator, INDesign), CANVA, Microsoft Office, Excel, and Dropbox.Salary range65-75KTemp to HireOnsite near City of Industry, CA
