We are seeking a skilled Drafter Modeler who is well-educated and experienced in REVIT to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drafting and modeling, particularly in the development and detailing of exterior facades. This role requires a keen eye for detail, proficiency in Autocad and Revit software, and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and project managers.
1.1. Develop detailed drawings and 3D models of exterior façade systems using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant CAD software.
1.2. Interpret architectural and structural drawings to create accurate and functional designs.
1.3. Generate shop drawings for submittal, fabrication drawings, installation drawings and guides, layout drawings, and material take-offs.
1.4. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders and ensure all modifications are accurately documented.
1.5. Assist in the preparation of project proposals and technical documentation.
1.6. Participate in design meetings and contribute to the resolution of technical issues.
1.7. Ensure all drawings and models adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
1.1. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
1.2. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in drafting and modeling in REVIT.
1.3. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
1.4. Strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
1.5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting and modeling.
1.6. Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
1.7. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
1.8. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
1.9. Knowledge of industry standards and building codes related to curtain wall systems.
