Create content that captivates audience members and aligns with FSFCU's objectives. Responsibilities include supporting the development of marketing campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of those campaigns. Develop, design and optimize online and print collateral, including brochures, emails, billboards, audio/video & motion graphics that will help FSFCU's reputation and growth.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintaining, expanding, and scaling all credit union internal and external electronic sites and platforms, including but not limited to intranet, websites, digital banking platforms, email platforms, and social media sites.Optimizes digital platforms and environments for the user experience and interface, cross browser compatibility, general web functions, standards and compliance.Ensures that all activities and materials created support the image and vision of the organization using design guidelines, standards, and best practices.Works with the marketing team on the inception and development of creative ideas and concepts related to individual campaigns, products or services the CU offers.Works with marketing team to coordinate completion of projects within established schedules, budgets and timelines. Keeps management informed of area activities and of any significant problems.Ability to provide assistance and information to members, associates, and management.Assist with planning and implementation of FSFCU events.Coordinates marketing activities with service agencies and vendors to complete tasks and projects on time.Understanding and assisting in marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media, etc.) and market research methods.Assists in planning, development and implementation of the credit unions growth strategy. Stays up to date with the latest trends and best practices.Monitors and updates all digital touch points, including the credit unions website, online reviews and social media outlets.Oversees social media efforts by managing, planning, creating, scheduling, organizing, editing and publishing social media content for credit union pages to increase product and brand awareness.Creates digital content for emails, landing pages, website, outdoor digital signs, video scripts and other digital materials.Regularly tracks and obtains insights into competitor strategies.Tracks and analyzes the effectiveness of FSFCU digital media and researches ways to improve website traffic and online presence.Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development toolsRepresent the credit union in a courteous, efficient and professional manner at all times. Maintain positive attitude when dealing with members and associates. Work cooperatively in a team environment with other associates.Ensure highest level of accuracy and confidentiality in all credit union business.

20. Complete all required training programs.

21. Perform other duties as assigned.

22. Comply with BSA regulations when performing all job requirements, and stay abreast of updates/requirements of BSA/OFAC/CIP through the completion of training courses assigned annually by trainer as well as meetings discussing BSA compliance activities.

Knowledge and Skills:

Education: A four-year college degree in marketing or related field.

Experience: Three to five years of marketing or related experience.

Other Skills: Must have good communication skills, including written, verbal, and public speaking. Creativity and knowledge of target marketing required. Must possess organizational and analytical skills; must be able to coordinate a variety of projects. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently. Maintain professional appearance and good attendance. Proficient with use of personal computer and applications, including but not limited to spreadsheets, databases, word processing, presentation tools, and online systems. Ability to apply common sense and the ability to reason are expected. Ability to analyze and interpret technical journals and legal documents is essential. Available to work after hours or weekends for community or credit union events, if necessary.

Physical skills:

Required to sit, talk and hear. Must be able to stand at events for extended time periods. Required to use hands and fingers, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and adjustable focus. Must be able to lift and carry 20-pound objects.
