Our Technical Design team is responsible for everything related to the fit of our garments. They create tech packs, schedule fittings, and work with the factories to ensure the desired look of fit is achieved

We are seeking an Associate Technical Designer to join the team. Ideally we would like to bring someone on in a permanent, full-time role, if there is an experienced candidate who is seeking a short-term freelance arrangement, we may be able to accommodate. However, you need to commit to August - January 2025.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, eager to learn and able to execute these essential responsibilities:

Directly responsible for garment measurements that include but are not limited to measurements for bras, panties, tops and bottoms in seamless, shapewear and sleepwearAttend fittings and maintain all fit notes and samples.Create tech packs with simple initial specs based off a sketch and/or samples from Design Team.Responsible for attending live model fittings with technical designer and independently evaluate simple fit and communicate solutions with the factories.Check and approve pre-production samples under the guidelines set by the Technical Designer.Independently track and prioritize sample flow.Closely collaborate with design and production teams to ensure styling and requirements are met.Qualifications:

2-5 years of prior experience in Technical design

Intimates experience is required

Degree in pattern making and Technical design is preferredSelf-starter with ability to lead and function independentlyGreat attention to detail and exceptional organizational skillsTeam player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment, strong communication skills and necessary follow throughProficient in Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Work, Adobe Illustrator, and PhotoShop
