The Designer, Architectural - BioPharma & Life Science is responsible for accurately preparing complex construction documents and well considered technical solutions under the supervision of a Lead Architect.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

Works closely with design and technical teams including other disciplines in supporting the development of design deliverables such as Construction Documents, including drawings and specificationsAssists with preparing reports, studies, and graphics using common softwareAssists the architectural project discipline lead to determine intent and content of each architectural model or drawingPerforms duties of AutoCAD and Revit operator as neededReviews architectural drawings for completeness, constructability and coordinationAssists in coordinating architectural models and drawings with the other design disciplinesCoordinates architectural models and drawings with the other design disciplinesOther duties as assignedThe information contained in this job description is intended to describe the essential job functions required of those assigned to this job. 3+ years of experienceAssociate's Degree preferredExhibit a professional demeanor and be a proactive problem solverExhibit characteristics of collaborative team memberBe capable of enjoying the work and keeping a positive attitude in a challenging environmentWorking knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.)Demonstrable proficiency with RevitKnowledgeable and productive in the Revit work environmentPrevious experience with large projects preferredExecuting projects utilizing RevitExperience with SketchUp/Formit is desirable
