Position SummaryThe Sr. Social Media Coordinator will enhance Oak View Group's marketing and communication initiatives via social media. This role involves creating copy, designing graphics, scheduling posts, and editing videos, photos, audio, and text. Additionally, the coordinator will analyze data, report metrics, and track engagement. Collaborating with Media PR, Events Sponsorship, and Sales teams, the coordinator will manage the content calendar and content planning. Maintaining social communications and responding to patron inquiries across digital channels are also key responsibilities. This position ensures a holistic approach to promoting Oak View Group across all social platforms.

This role pays a yearly wage of $31.25 to $36.06 plus bonus

Responsibilities

Amplify OVG Marketing and corporate communication initiatives via social media

Coordinate & assist in the production of social media posts: - Creating Copy

- Designing graphics

- Posting/Scheduling Social Media Post

- Minor editing of video + photography, audio + text

Provide data analysis, metric reporting, and track social media engagement across all platforms.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including media PR, Events Sponsorship, and Sales teams to build a wholistic approach to promoting Oak View Group across all relevant social platforms.

Assist with management of the master content calendar & content planning

Maintain social communications and relationships across all platforms.

Assist the Marketing leaders in the social planning and media placement across social channels.

Monitor and respond to patron inquiries on all digital channels, including social media messaging, comments, discussion boards, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

Organizational Skills are a must

3 -years of experience in social media preferred

A strong eye for layout, composition, and aesthetics.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality and use utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information

Must be self-directed and able to work independently, while also flourishing in a fast-paced collaborative team environment

Excellent project management and communication skills

Proven track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously through successfully

High level of focus on KPIs understanding the goals, tracking and hitting of KPIs

Strong sense of creativity and organization

Sense of ownership and pride, in performance and its impact on the company’s success.

Team player with excellent time-management skills.
