Lenmar is seeking a skilled Product Designer with 3+ years of experience to help us support a global digital healthcare company. 12-month contract to start, potential to be extended long-term. The role is 4 days per week remote, 1 day per week in their Charlotte, NC office. Pay rate is $30-35/hr W2YOUR ROLE:As a Product Designer, you will play an important role in creating exceptional designs for our products. You will elevate the healthcare experience by designing for a wide range of users including patients and healthcare providers.You will:Help design the user experience of the productAct as thought partners with other product managers, designers and engineersNavigate complex discussions with product managers and engineersQuickly visualize concepts in sketches or lo-fi wireframes to guide conversationsOccasionally go on-site to immerse in the real-world operations of our business, to gainbetter understanding of pain points in actual day-to-day operational workflowsMake adjustments based on feedback from multiple stakeholders and user studiesWHAT YOU'LL BRING:Go-getter attitude and a passion for your workCreativity and resourcefulness to gather informationThe ability to think through questions and engage stakeholders to validate product decisionsExcellent storytelling and communication skills.The ability to work in a fast-paced environmentABOUT YOU:ExperienceOver 3 years of experience in product designExperience in problem-identification and solving with Product Managers' expectationsKnowing if and when to use the appropriate tools (e.g. Figma or hi-res designs from the get-go)Well versed at building user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished designsExperience translating design decisions into style guides, patterns, and reusable components for other platformsSkill SetsExperience with enterprise productsFluent in the architecture of site mapsExpertise in Interaction Models or UX PatternsProficiency with the full stack of design tools, (i.e. Figma)Knowledge in translating information through visualization and designExpertise at creating user flows, and building design systemsGood aesthetic and accessibility sense
