MARKETING / COMMUNICATIONS MANAGERDig Studio is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing / Communications Manager in our Phoenix (preferred) or Denver studio.
This role is focused on graphic design and content management: producing documents in Adobe InDesign, to support Dig Studio's business development efforts.
You will work under the direction of senior staff to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm win work.
This is NOT a SEO, SEM, digital marketing or product marketing role, if you have that type of experience, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.What You Will DoWorking with Principals and senior staff to design, write and produce proposals, presentations and other marketing collateral using Adobe Creative Suite in alignment with Dig Studio's brand standards.Research and identify potential project opportunities by monitoring tender portals, client websites, industry news along with tracking lead status.Lead the communication and deadline-driven strategy in the preparation of high-quality bid submissions.Participate in pursuit strategy and planning.Develop new collateral as needed to support business development activities.Perform multiple marketing efforts against rapid and frequent deadlines.Understand and learn Dig Studio's portfolio of work, practice areas, and capabilities.Maintain resources including resumes, project sheets, and marketing drive organization.Your Qualifications8+ years of professional experience in a marketing / graphic design / communications position, for a design or professional services / AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) firm a bonus.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism.Intermediate Adobe InDesign experience is a MUST.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and impactful graphic design skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateral. A keen eye for aesthetically pleasing layout.Self-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.Poised under fast-paced pressure of multiple deadlines and have a positive, flexible, do whatever it takes attitude.Ability to work with diverse project teams and in a fast-paced work environment.MUST submit a cover letter, resume, salary requirements and portfolio (or link to portfolio) to
