Description

The Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist will support the marketing needs of all internal departments, with a focus on creative content development, layout, design and copywriting. The position will be responsible for layout and updates to company marketing materials, including brochures, emails, PowerPoint templates, social media and the company website. The position will also share responsibility for moderating our Continuing Education (CE) Classes 1-2 times per month and processing the attendee credits and certificates.

This is a hybrid role

requiring 2 days at the Phoenix office and 3 days remote each week. Our office is located at the Deer Valley Business Park near North 101 and 17 interchange.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop art, source, and edit photography for a variety of marketing and sales materials.Create content and schedule posts for multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Source content and produce layout for the internal monthly newsletter.Assist in developing content and digital assets for email marketing campaigns.Participate in brainstorms for literature, collateral, email campaigns and digital media.Collaborate with team in website blog/vlog development.Update existing CE course materials as needed.Register and maintain CE instructor certifications for the sales team.Register and maintain CRS company certifications in U.S. states as needed.Moderate monthly CE virtual webinars and prepare attendee post-class credits and certificates.Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.Qualifications

Exceptional graphic design skills in typography and layoutExperience of digital marketing, including web, video and emailSophisticated and clean composition skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative focusMust demonstrate accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent organization skills.Strong ability to multitask. Sense of urgency and deadline oriented.Intermediate competency in math.Ability to demonstrate compassion and handle sensitive information.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT.)Education and/or Experience:

2+ years of experience in Adobe Creative Apps (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience with HTML and Marketing Automation software (i.e. Pardot) a plusExperience with CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) a plusExperience editing video in Adobe Premiere a plus.At least 2 years of similar experienceBachelor's degree in marketing, marketing communications, or graphic designPhysical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk (or standing) and working on a computer and phone headset.
