to support

Avanquest's Strategic Sales & Marketing division.Our Avanquest Strategic Sales & Marketing division develops innovative and exciting offers, promotions, and bundles for a wide variety of clients across technology and beyond. We work with the PlanetArt brands, plus licensed offers from SiriusXM, Daily Burn, Lifetime Movie Club, and more. Offers are bundled with leading consumer electronics and consumer product brands from Apple, Roku, PlayStation, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Xbox, and many others.As a Marketing Assistant of the Strategic Sales & Marketing Division, you’ll be part of a team responsible for providing these products and services.What You’ll DoKey ResponsibilitiesMaintain production schedule/calendar fileOrganize and keep department drives up to dateQuality assure work-product deliverables and websitesCreate product sell sheets and flyers with approved content and a high degree of qualityKeep product catalogs and account files accurate and up to dateDistribute files to internal stakeholdersAdditional special projects and responsibilities will be assignedRequirementsWhat You Should HaveSkills, Qualifications, and Requirements1-2 years work-related experienceStrong organization and multi-tasking skills with a high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWorking knowledge of SharePoint and MS OfficeInterest in consumer productsEnjoy working as a team and in a fast-paced, changing environmentProject organization skillsCollege Degree plus Trello and Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge a plusWhat You Can ExpectWorking ConditionsWork is performed in an office environment with low to moderate noise levels.Position requires regular, continuous use of a computer.Position requires regular sitting and standing.Position requires regular interaction with team members through the following methods: in-person, phone, WebEx, Slack, or email.May require occasional travel.This is a hybrid position; employees are expected to be in the office three days per week (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday) with the option of working remotely two days (Wednesday and Friday).Benefits

Compensation:

$18 to $20/hr.
