About the Role

Our large Fortune 500 client is seeking a Product Designer to join their team. In this Consultant role, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (researchers, experience designers, visual designers, and developers) to design world-class, human-centered products for our Client's Customer Office.

Your role will be to analyze, plan, map, and create the most valuable and contextually accurate experiences that are simple and intuitive for customers to use. You will be excited about the challenge of creating innovative products across multiple channels, devices, and platforms. You will also be able to see and own the end-to-end journey and the detailed outcomes.

You will have a deep understanding of digital technology and how to design in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while helping to transform the end-to-end product and service delivery model.

What You Will Do:

User Experience DesignUnderstand customer needs and identify where separate interactions should come together as one that meets that needArrange these separate interactions into rational user flows and digital touch-points for that productUnderstand the core Human-Centered Design framework of an experience and design targeted improvements to that framework that accommodate new and improved process refinementsCreate and rapidly iterate interactive prototypes in accordance with task, scenario, and journeyIdentify and design new cross-functional design patterns and standardsCollaborative Design and Communication

Co-creating on designs with developers, marketing, and product stakeholdersPut forward new cases for design improvements with product managersCommunicate with detailed design and industry-backed decisions and be able to represent all experience touch-pointsEngage and align with all multidisciplinary teams across the customer office businessInnovation and Improvement

Look for commonalities in activities across experiences where new product opportunities could be realizedAnalyze failure within existing experiences and identify root causes for that failureIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within existing servicesLeadership and Advocacy

Run and lead Design Thinking, Lean Business Canvas workshops, design sprints, and other collaborative activitiesRepresent and champion Human Centered Design across the entire businessWhat You Will Bring:

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $58 to $64 per hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
