Aquent has an EXCITING opportunity for a UX Designer!
Preferably, our client would like to have someone that can work
hybrid
at their office in Newark, NJ. However, they are open to fully remote candidates that can work Eastern Time Zone hours on a daily basis.
In addition, to be conisdered for this role, you
must:Be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship of any kind during the duration of the assignment.Be able to showcase your work through case studies and/or an online portfolio.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand customer needs and identify where separate interactions should come together as one that meets that needArrange these separate interactions into rational screens, user flows and digital touch-points for that productLook for commonalities in activities across experiences where new product opportunities could be realizedUnderstand the core Human Centered Design framework of an experience and design targeted improvements to that framework that accommodates new and improved process refinements and deliverablesCreate and rapidly iterate interactive prototypes in accordance with task, scenario and journeyIdentify and design new cross-functional design patterns and standardsCo-creating on designs with developers, marketing and product stakeholdersPut forward new cases for designs improvements with marketing and product managersCommunicate with detailed design and industry backed decisions and be able to represent all experience touch-pointsEngage and align with all multidisciplinary teams across the customer office businessRun and lead Design Thinking, Lean Business Canvas workshops, design sprints and other collaborative activitiesAnalyze failure within existing experiences and identify root causes for that failure that can be translated into solutionsIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within existing servicesEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Previous experience working with Salesforce is required.4+ years in a Product Design, UX or equivalent design role. Experience with B2B and/or Enterprise products preferred.Agency and or corporate environment experienceDemonstrable experience of how to interpret qualitative and quantitative researchHigh level of experience with recognizing complex business challengesExperience working in a fast paced environmentWorking collectively and autonomously with cross-functional teamsSolid understanding of Information Architecture, taxonomy, language and content matrixesA design related degree or relevant experience in designing products and servicesExperience working across multiple business unitsDemonstrable experience on how visual form and experience function work togetherExperience working in lean and or agile environmentsThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $63.97/hour to $68.97/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
