We are currently seeking a full-time Plumbing Designer to be an integral member of our team in our Baltimore, Maryland office. If you meet the following criteria, we want to hear from you.
Location:
Baltimore, Maryland
Experience
3+ years of plumbing engineering design experience preferably with large institutional or commercial projects from schematic design through construction administration.A four-year engineering degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience is preferred but is not required.
Responsibilities
Experience with calculations, design, layout, and specifications of commercial and institutional plumbing systems.Good working knowledge of the International Plumbing Code.Strong communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively within an AE environment as an effective member of multi-discipline project teams.Ability to successfully handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment with minimal oversight.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to provide strict attention to detail and be a good troubleshooter and problem solver who works well under pressure with a can-do attitude.
Required Skills and Software Proficiencies
Ability to work in a collaborative environment to meet specific deadlinesA good working knowledge of REVIT is preferred.Microsoft Office Suite
