Plumbing Designer

to join our integrated team of architects, engineers, interior designers, landscape architects and master planners. As a member of our Systems engineering team, you will work on a broad range of projects from office, education and recreation buildings to laboratories, health care facilities, and performing arts centers. Participate in the integrated design process with other disciplines at LPAAssist Engineers, Architects, and Project Managers in the execution of building design assignmentsPrepare engineering calculations and documentation for schematic design, design development and construction documentsSelect equipment, systems and products related to projectsReview and process construction administration documentsAttend construction meetings and field visitsWhat we will do:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred but not required0-5 years of experience in design of plumbing and/or fire protection systemsExperience with Revit and AutoCAD is preferredEnthusiastic commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary design processCurious and open mindedStrong written and verbal communication skillsLPA is an integrated design firm with offices in California and Texas. If you are hired at LPA, your base salary is based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, experience and/or project complexity.
