Job Description:The RoleHelp drive Marketing’s strategic objectives and planning processes and drive prioritization, and roadmap development for marketing strategic priorities. You will package and communicate the marketing strategic plan(s) and progress to multiple audiences. You will develop a strategy, roadmap and execution for bringing ‘outside/in’ thinking to the Marketing team based on our vision, competitive analysis/positioning, engagement and opportunities to enable next generation marketing strategy and initiatives. You will drive efficiency through standardized marketing planning template and impact reports and coordinate quarterly review to assess progress on plans. If you’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and storytelling abilities, this role is for you.

The Expertise and Skills You BringIdeal candidate has 10+ years of professional experience

Proven experience developing senior level materials and an ability to articulate strategy to execution

Ability partner with other teams to deliver a marketing philosophy throughout the marketing planning process

Strong analytical skills and ability to capture insights from data and then translate it into value to the business

Can understand and simplify small tasks

Collaborative and able to form positive partnerships

Intellectually curious and can bring new insights to the organization

Practical wisdom, resilience, and strong project management and execution skills

Enjoy rolling up your sleeves as an individual contributor or member of a team

Excellent communication and presentation abilities and can partner with all levels of the Marketing organization

BA/BS required, Marketing and Financial Services industry knowledge preferred

We develop and drive marketing strategy, planning, impact reporting, operations, learning and development, associate engagement, and creative execution for Institutional & Asset Management Marketing. You will be pivotal in aligning marketing strategies with financial goals.
