What You'll Do:As Product Designer you'll work in a multidisciplinary team, alongside researchers, experience designers, visual designers and developers, to deliver word-class, human-centered products and services for Customer Office.Your role will be to analyze, plan, map, and create the most valuable and contextually accurate experiences that are simple, and intuitive for customers to use.Not only will you be excited by the challenge of creating great products across multiple channels, devices, and platforms, but you will also be able to see and own the end-to end journey as well as thedetailed outcomes.You will have a deep understanding of digital technology, how to design in an fast-paced, high-pressure environment, whilst helping transform end-to-end product and service delivery modelMain responsibilities:As Product Designer you will:

Understand customer needs and identify were separate interactions should come together as one that meets that needArrange these separate interactions into rational user flows and digital touchpoints for that productLook for commonalities in activities across experiences where new product opportunities could be realizedUnderstand the core Human Centered Design framework of an experience and design targeted improvements to that framework that accommodates new and improved process refinementsCreate and rapidly iterate interactive prototypes in accordance with task, scenario and journeyIdentify and design new cross-functional design patterns and standardsCo-creating on designs with developers, marketing and product stakeholdersPut forward new cases for designs improvements with product managersCommunicate with detailed design and industry backed decisions and be able to represent allexperience touchpointsEngage and align with all multidisciplinary teams across the customer office businessRun and lead Design Thinking, Lean Business Canvas workshops, design sprints and othercollaborative activitiesRepresent and champion Human Centered Design across the entire businessAnalyze failure within existing experiences and identify root causes for that failureIdentify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement within existing services

What You Bring:

Skills and experience It's essential that you will have:4+ years in a Product Design, UX or equivalent design roleAgency and or corporate environment experienceSolid experience with the following Sketching Wireframing Prototyping Site mapping Data Visualization and Communication Workshop Facilitation Visual User Interface Design User Flows Experience Mapping Research User Testing Experience StrategyDemonstrable experience of explaining design ideas and concepts in a way that people of different backgrounds can understandDemonstrable experience of how to interpret qualitative and quantitate researchHigh level of experience with recognizing complex business challengesExperience working in a fast-paced environmentWorking collectively and autonomously with cross[1]functional teamsSolid understanding of Information Architecture, taxonomy, language and content matrixesA design related degree or relevant experience in designing products and servicesExperience working across multiple business unitsDemonstrable experience on how visual form and experience function work togetherExperience working in lean and or agile environmentsBasic front-end technology integration and enablement knowledgeAbility to translate outputs and outcomes into compelling written presentationsThe following competencies are essential:
