We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. You'll collaborate with designers and copywriters to create compelling promotions and user experiences across multiple clients, including the top airlines and banks in the U.S.

The Graphic Designer will support the Creative Design and Product Design teams by executing creative assets for use in email, web (desktop/mobile), app and other digital channels. This position works cross-functionally with marketing, product, and development teams across the organization.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, detail-oriented and possess strong communication and follow-up skills. The Graphic Designer must capture and communicate the look and feel of our client brands and bring relevant, timely, and creative content to the consumer.

RESPONSIBILITIESWork collaboratively with designers, copywriters and respective team members to develop relevant concepts, designs and user experiences that reflect our client brands.Produce design deliverables from low-fidelity sketches/wireframes to high-fidelity mockups at requested specs.Participate in design reviews with both internal and external stakeholders.Aid with production, editing, and retouching of designs as needed.Assist in the management of creative assets and maintenance of design libraries.Ensure assets meet established client design standards and are ready to be consumer facing.Work closely with the marketing operations and front-end development team to conduct thorough design reviews.Be an expert in Cartera's products and unique market value.Demonstrate flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.Attune to current design trends, web and mobile design, and email best practices.Enthusiastic curiosity and self-starting attitude. Rapid visualization skills. Innovative aesthetic and taste level. Excellent, diverse portfolio exemplifying your work.Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Sketch or Figma design software.Strong understanding of responsive web design principles, mobile web, and app design (iOS and Android).Highly organized, flexible and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.Ability to interpret creative briefs and develop concepts that clearly communicate the brand message and achieve the target objective.Ability to review designs in production with an understanding of CSS and HTML.Ability to adhere to creative design templates and brand standards.Desired Experience and skills:

Bachelor's degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, User-Centered Design/Human-Centered Design, or related discipline and/or equivalent experience preferred.3-5 years' professional work experience producing high quality designs.Proficiency in creating animated gifs in Photoshop and/or After Effects.Proficiency in developing prototypes in Figma or Sketch.Experience working in a B2B2C company.Experience working with multiple consumer brands.Familiarity with financial services, travel, hospitality, or retail industries.
