Must be able to create/ maintain and promote customer clientele. Need to be creative in advertising and marketing in the most cost-effective manner and within budgetary constraints. Must continually strive for new and improved promotional strategies. Must have the ability to multi-task. Dress standard applies, and excellent grooming habits are required. Must be professional and courteous at all times.Duties:Develop and maintain a plan of promotional goals, short and long term.Develop and manage the casino's bus/transportation and internal shuttle programs.Manage and keep current the casino's promotions database / Player Tracking Program. Provide management insight into customer activities and trends based on analytics of database and through satisfactory reporting of same.Provide and maintain analysis of Free Slot Play and Free Slot Play Program, including reporting Return on Investment (ROI)Provide primary management responsibility for all Guest Services, which include but are not limited to promotions, special events, entertainment, transportation/bus programs, event signage and decorations, Players' Club and customer relationship management.Keep the General Manager and Tribal Council apprised of all marketing plans and program activities. Provide similar information and marketing support as needed to all other operating and staff service departments.Provide lead responsibility for media relations, public affairs, media releases, community support, contributions, sponsorships, and other external public communications.Responsible for all printed and electronic advertising including the newsletter.Attend meetings, and interact with vendors.Attend all General Council Meetings, Tribal Council Meetings, and Executive Team Meetings.Provide meaningful reporting at General Council and Tribal Council meetings.Be present for Major Promotions, Special Events and Giveaways.Provide Return on Investment (ROI) reporting on all major promotions.Supervise department staff. Appraise performance on a regularly scheduled basis.Prepare/oversee and maintain fulfillment package mailings and direct mail marketing/e-marketing campaigns by working with internal lists and external list brokers.Maintain marketing fulfillment systems to ensure that accounts receive the latest materials.Establish marketing budget and work within its parameters.Maintain professional communication with advertisers, and excellent customer and employee relations.Be knowledgeable about food specials, current casino events, machines, and table games.Follow all department and company policies and procedures.Meet the attendance guidelines for the position.Provide courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly customer service at all times.Perform other duties as may be required by the position.Qualifications:5 years experience in marketing and Indian Gaming.Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, MBA is preferred.Computer generated graphics a plus.Must pass a background investigation and pass pre-employment drug test, and finger printing.Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, typing skills, and computer competence.Must be self-motivated and well organized.Positive customer service representation.Valid driver's license and insured personal vehicle required.Must be available to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.Must have the ability to fulfill work schedules routinely and punctually.EOE: Equal Opportunity Employer
