As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a digital marketing strategy that includes the creation of landing pages and sales funnels. You will manage a CRM system that integrates with our digital advertising platforms to optimize customer targeting and maximize the value of our conversions. Your role will involve using GA4 to make data-driven marketing decisions and systematically optimizing our Google and Meta ad accounts to increase Return On Ad Spend (ROAS).Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy focusing on residential remodeling and repair lead generation.Implement a CRM system that integrates with our digital advertising platforms to enhance targeting and conversion value.Utilize GA4 to monitor performance metrics and inform marketing decisions.Manage and systemattically optimize Google and Meta ad accounts to maximize ROAS.Analyze marketing data to benchmark performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate closely with the sales team and key stakeholders to align digital strategies with overall business goals.Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain competitive.Qalifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Demonstrated technical experience in digital marketing, specifically with managing Google, Bing, and Meta ad accounts.Proficient with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, WordPress, SEO, SEM, CRO, and CRM systems.Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.Proven track record in implementing CRM systems and integrating them with digital marketing efforts.Excellent communication and project management skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Benefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement within the company.
