Organizational Relationships:Directly reports to Director, Brand Operations with extensive interaction with broader Marketing organization, corporate management, and Operational teams.Job Responsibilities:Content Strategy Development:Develop and execute content strategies that align with AutoNation business goals and target audience, while accounting for manufacturer and partner initiatives to ensure a wholistic and cohesive creative and messaging approach.Conduct regular content audits to identify gaps and opportunities for fresh messaging and/or updated creative.Content Creation and Management:Oversee the creation, editing, and proofreading of content for various platforms. Including websites, social media, email, digital, and broadcast.Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, and tone in accordance with AutoNation brand style guidelines and OEM guidelines.Oversee proper filing and archiving of assets on AEM platform.Content Calendar Management:Develop and maintain a calendar to ensure effective and timely publication of content.Plan and organize content around key events, product launches, and marketing campaigns at the AutoNation, manufacturer, and local level.Team Management:Lead and manage a team of content creators.Assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure that deadlines are met.Drive the management & usage of AEM (Adobe Digital Asset Management online tool)Forster behaviors consistent with the Company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliersCollaboration:Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales operations, and creative production to ensure content supports and enhances overall marketing strategies.Work with external partners, such as creative agencies and vendors.Work with In-Store Promotions and Events Manager to secure branded logo items and/or giveaways for AutoNation sponsorship or retail offsite events for Customer or Associate consumption.Content Performance Analysis:Analyze content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and other internal reporting systemsGenerate reports on content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve content strategies.
