Strategic Influencer Business Development Manager

will drive the way we develop and execute influencer marketing (paid and earned strategies) and campaigns for US company. You will connect with growth channels such as influencers, financial content partners and work with your team to enhance our influencer programs coverage and manage in-depth relationships with influencers, including work on events/campaigns and other initiatives to engage our influencer community.t your core, you'll thrive in an international and fast-paced environment. You'll work hand in hand with an ambitious group of content & brand marketers, data analysts, integrated marketers and product innovators to reach our common goal - to help expand our trading/investing system to those who have real trading/investing needs by actively onboarding influencers and applying marketing initiatives.Your day-to-day responsibility

Build out our overall partnership strategy with a wider variety of creators, influencers, and celebrities.Continuously engage and cultivate long-term, meaningful relationships with company's US' network of influencer communities to create strong brand advocates.Manage and expand effective strategic relationships with influencers and key partners.Work cross-functionally with company US' Engagement Team and Brand and Content Team to fuel departmental needs and ensure that influencer selection, messaging and deliverables are aligned with brand goals.Oversee, design, and execute influencer campaigns with major influencers, to help build the company brand and drive user growth by working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive success.Plan outstanding experiences including events and activations that foster a community of loyal fans.Communicate influencer needs across the company and work closely with our marketing and product teams around new initiatives.Be able to drive how we measure success and learning, to continue to grow our influencer marketing while staying connected with best practices in the industry.Qualifications

5+ years of relevant influencer marketing experience, ideally with a focus on building and scaling influencer programs. Bonus points if that's in the financial sector.Excellent communicator, outstanding self-motivator, and pioneer of ownership.Holding strong insight into content creation with decent level of financial literacy.Execution oriented mindset - with humility, drive, and scrappiness to get it done.Passion for the financial services industry.
