Financial Content

to join our content team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for developing content strategies for the trading platform, leveraging your deep understanding of financial markets and trader behavior. You will manage a team of news and community coordinators, and investor education specialists, driving them towards fulfilling objectives. Your leadership and communication skills will be critical for motivating the team to achieve results and drive innovation.Responsibilities

Develop financial content strategies encompassing news, investor community, and investor education from both customer and market-focused perspectives.Lead a content team in providing quick and accurate financial information to investors on our platform, helping them Client investment opportunities.Lead the team in managing and guiding user discussion on hot topics, developing and maintaining good influencer relationships in our community to create a highly engaged and high-value investment community.Lead the team in providing investor education services in the form of articles, videos, live streaming, and in-person presentations to help users improve their investment knowledge and become more familiar with our product features.Work collaboratively with marketing and product teams to provide professional financial content, product live demo and assist in achieving growth goals.Drive data-driven decision-making through analysis and user researchContinuously identify areas for improvement in your team and drive change to optimize team performance and results.Qualifications

Hybrid remote/office (3 days per week in NJ office)Minimum of 8 years' experience in the financial content business and 3 years' experience in leadership and management.Certified financial advisor is

preferred

Series 4 )Experience with on-camera teaching and presentation skills for educating and engaging investors in the financial industry, including the ability to breakdown complex financial concepts and products into simple, understandable language.Deep understanding of the investment landscape, investment products and traders.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.bility to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and drive results.Bachelor's degree in finance, or related field.
