Job Title: Art Supervisor/Visual Designer IIJob Location: Bellevue, WAZip Code: 98006Top 3/5 Skills: Visual Creation, InDesign, XD, Figma, Print Media & RetailDescription:At least 3 years relevant experience required.Creates and supervises the visual creation of print, TV, digital and collateral material; supervises others and may have direct client contact.Must be knowledgeable of end-to-end print process including pre-press, colors, bleeds/crops, as well as expert with Adobe InDesign.Digital design experience a plus (XD, Figma)Responsibilities:Build compelling brand-right experiences for Retail and Digital.Have a strong understanding of print best practices including color, layout, typography and file handoff process.Create window clings, PDFs, sales rep sales tools, billboards, digital display, storyboards for videos, and other tasks as designated by Creative Director.Champion human-centered design. Enhance design by improving usability, accessibility, innovation, and interaction.Work independently and proactively. You can take a brief or a conversation and turn it into an idea. You know when to collaborate with other designers and copywriters.Present your team's work thoroughly and thoughtfully to the Creative Director and senior leadership.Communicate standard methodologies for design and reasoning behind design decisions.Works well under pressure, can deliver on steep timelines, and always keep an eye on the larger narrative.Preferred:Preferred Print experience, focused on production and high-volume resizing of graphic assets
