Overview:

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join our team as a Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. This position pays $15 / hour and is located at 4455 Springdale Ave., St. Louis, MO 63134The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will work with and support the Remarketing department and is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations for servicing, transport, and/or rental. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will perform all responsibilities with a focus on the needs of our customers and in accordance with our Quality Standards. The ideal candidate will be an extremely organized self-starter, willing to take ownership of all administrative functions related to sales support and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have strong time management, organizational, and communication skills, be detail oriented, have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), and have the ability to work independently without immediate supervision.Enterprise Mobility operates the National, Enterprise, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. Receiving of cars from the rental branchesChecking units for damages and posting pictures of car condition for sales teamOrganizing new car stock to be delivered to rental branchesControlling the parking of deletesWorking with the driver teams for most efficient movement of cars both on and off siteSome minor computer entry to tag vehicles as checked inOrganization of the parking lot(s) and inventoryInventory tracking and reconciliationInteraction and coordination with both transport drivers and the driver employeesTracking of outgoing inventoryMay be asked to clean vehiclesAssist with pulling wrappings off of new car stockMust have effective PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)Management reserves the right to modify, change or delete assigned duties
