Manage and strategize growth for Client’s trademark portfolio globally.Support marketing activities by ensuring compliance with advertising, consumer protection laws, and regulations.Resolve unauthorized use of trademarks and engage in legal protections.Collaborate with business units on online marketing, claims substantiation and regulatory compliance.Drive efforts to optimize internal processes, tools, and support models in transactions and marketing legal areas.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent legal education/work experience.Experience in trademark and marketing law, preferably in the tech industry.Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
Education Requirement:
Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA accredited law school or meet the requirements for legal education in a foreign country, or equivalent work experience.
