in growing the marketing team with marketing activities.Assisting with the production of marketing materials and literature.Coordinating the production of a wide range of marketing communications.Assist with the collation of information for promotional literature.Creating and keeping a marketing schedule including events, deadlines, partner meetings, and campaigns.Uploading marketing material to online libraries, internet groups, and social media sites.Creating, coordinating, and writing copy for social media posts and efforts.Maintaining company accounts on LinkedIn and managing LinkedIn campaigns. Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadershipUpdating and maintaining the marketing department's documentation and databases.Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events and meetings by coordinating venues, ordering marketing materials and ensuring event is completed smoothly.Record keeping of marketing projects and status withinManagement of marketing projects and assets within HubSpot.QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant work life experienceExcellent project management skillsSound understanding of marketing principles2+ years' experience working in marketing or advertisingAbility to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with HubSpot and Salesforce Excellent problem-solving skillsMust be willing to travel to all marketing eventsStrong communication and organizational skillsKnowledge of all social networking platforms
