is seeking a talented

Marketing Executive Assistant

to join our team. As a leading real estate company, we are looking for an outgoing, respectful, and entrepreneurial-minded individual who can elevate our marketing efforts with a strong emphasis on design and provide comprehensive administrative support. If you have a keen eye for aesthetics, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for managing social media platforms and administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!

Compensation:Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities

Marketing & Design:• Create visually stunning marketing materials, including logos, agent rebranding, event flyers, business cards, and yard signs.• Manage social media accounts and websites, creating engaging content and innovative marketing strategies.• Develop and maintain a content calendar for agent retention and recruiting.• Optimize marketing automation through email, content, and social channels.• Report monthly statistics for social media traffic and engagement.• Collaborate with the marketing team, real estate agents, and leadership to provide creative solutions.• Develop training calendar designs, newsletters, and visually appealing event promotions.• Plan and organize large events, such as award ceremonies and appreciation events.• Oversee a comprehensive marketing menu tailored for over 200 realtors, ensuring consistency with the brand and meeting unique agent needs.

Administrative Support:• Assist and support the owner in all business and personal areas needing assistance.• Maintain database management systems.• Screen and direct phone calls; distribute correspondence.• Handle requests and queries appropriately.• Schedule meetings and appointments; produce reports, presentations, and briefs.• Assist multiple agents with various needs, helping clients have an extraordinary experience.• Manage day-to-day office operations, including tracking expenses and creating effective budgets.• Assist in the marketing of listings, business, and team through social media and other avenues.• Help clients through the closing process.• (Eventually) Hire, train, and hold team members accountable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Executive Assistant experience.• At least 1 year of social media, marketing, or a degree in Design or Marketing preferred.• 2+ years of graphic design or content design experience strongly preferred.• Knowledge or desire to learn social media strategy, photo/video editing, and implementation of social media campaigns.• Experience in Canva, FB Business, Instagram, YouTube, Adobe, and Social Media Management.• Ability to learn and teach cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, etc.• Strong attention to detail and outstanding organization.• Ability to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and adapt to shifting tasks.• Creative problem-solving skills and tech-savvy.• Able to work independently to support a team and manage time effectively.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Discretion, confidentiality, and customer service focus.• Comfortable handling strong personalities and committed to a CAN and WILL DO attitude.• College degree and social media experience preferred.• Willingness to obtain a real estate license upon hiring (Agent will reimburse).
