We are excited to offer a new position, Real Estate Marketing Social Media Specialist, to join our thriving and highly successful real estate team right here in Virginia Beach, VA. The ideal candidate will use their social media and marketing skills in the promotion of our sale listings, property management, agent promotions, event coordination, and special projects across social media, and our websites, and employ ‘grass-roots’ style marketing strategies. We offer a fun working environment working with our sales and property management teams. Additionally, this in-person job is available for the person seeking either full-time or part-time employment with no overtime required. Work Schedule: Normal office hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM. Responsibilities: • Plan and implement a social media calendar across multiple social media outlets that include real estate marketing, real estate-related topics, and area events & topics • Assist agents and staff in the marketing of rentals and listings • Solicit and promote team and agent reviews Qualifications: • A Valid Driver's License is necessary for this role in Virginia Beach, VA, US. • A real estate license is not required. Candidates must be willing to submit to a credit and criminal background check. Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
