As a Brand Designer for Human Expression (Stationery), you will support the marketing team in brand design and brand identity for packaging and POS. It is critical that you continue to provide guidance and move adaptive design briefs together and on schedule.

What You'll Do

:

Present concepts and manage all aspects of developing and producing package design for everyday packaging.

Ensure consistency across and within product lines.

Coordinate with PED & Marketing to meet deadlines including management of live comps and digital renderings for presentations.

Develop and produce custom concepts, packaging, and POP display.

Coordinate with PED, Trade & Marketing to meet deadlines including management of live comps and digital renderings for presentations.

Supports Marketing Team with helping to evaluate shopper and campaign creative from agencies

Uses BicFlow to route art for approvals for production of packaging, display and SPR artwork

Develops digital content for eComm brand launches, new products, resizes, packaging updates

Reviews/Evaluates proofs and production samples to ensure high quality and color accuracy

What You'll Need

:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts or Related Field

10+ years of relevant experience in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) or related industry

Flexibility to manage multiple projects and ability to handle the pressure of meeting strict deadlines with shifting priorities

Proficient in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator is mandatory. Knowledge and proficiency in O365

Understands the basics of printing processes, including offset printing, digital printing, rotogravure, flexo and specialty finishes

Deep understanding of brand strategy principles, including market positioning, target audience segmentation, and competitive analysis

An understanding of consumer psychology and behavior to help inform design decisions that appeal to target audiences on an emotional level

Understanding of color theory to strategically select color palettes that convey the desired brand personality, mood, and messaging

Staying ahead of design trends to keep brands relevant and competitive

Effective project management skills are crucial for Design Leaders to manage multiple design projects, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to navigate challenges effectively and deliver innovative design solutions will be critical to driving brand growth, executing with excellence, and achieving business objectives

Effective communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving, digital asset management, digital project workflow
