Job Description

Join Intel as a UX Designer! The UX Designer defines and designs interfaces and interactions across a broad range of products, service, and solutions. Advocates for the user or customer, including both end users and developers.

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Facilitates collaboration between business, engineering, and user experience to define product strategy, value propositions, and product requirements, across all stages of product development.

Designs interaction model, information architecture, and navigation, enabling users to easily and effectively complete primary tasks and achieve goals for usage.

Designs user flows, wireframes, UX specifications, personas, and prototypes which encompass the overall user journey through the product.

Communicates user experience design to key stakeholders and collaborators, and evangelizes UX design across various levels of the organizations.

Collaborates with UX research to iteratively test design ideas, hypotheses, and concepts.

Stays abreast of product development activities to address design refinements and new product functionality.

Keeps current with industry trends in UX design through new tools, processes and methodologies, and activates internal and external UX design communities.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field to include User Experience Design (UX Design), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Interaction Design or other related Degree and 6+ years of experience in:

UX design or related field.

AI and Federated AI Projects: Experience in designing user interfaces for AI applications.

User Research and Analysis: Proven track record in conducting user research and usability testing.

Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work: Ability to collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and data scientists.

Iterative Design and Testing: Experience in conducting and analyzing usability tests and iterating on designs.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $144,501.00-$217,311.00

*Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
