Role Description
The Junior Interior Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with interior design, including Space Planning, Architecture, Construction Drawings, Interior Design, and FF&E, working under a Senior Interior Designer and supporting the design process.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Interior Design fundamentalsExperience with FF&E for high end residential spaces preferred (Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment)Proficiency in REVIT RequiredProficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative SuiteStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCreative and detail-oriented in design.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work individually and with a team.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fieldKey areas of focus:Client InteractionConcept Development/ Designer abilitySpace PlanningProject CoordinationTeam Leadership/ Team PlayerRegulatory Compliance - Codes etcDetailing and DocumentationClient PresentationsQuality ControlResearch and Sourcing
