Digital Designer (beauty)

Fast-growing beauty brand is currently seeking a talented and experienced Digital Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the direct-to-consumer (DTC) or beauty industry.Responsibilities:- Create visually compelling designs for digital platforms, including website graphics, social media content, email campaigns, and advertising materials.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts that align with the brand's overall marketing strategies.- Utilize your strong understanding of DTC or beauty industry trends to create innovative and engaging designs that resonate with our target audience.- Ensure all design work adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual identity across various channels.- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.- Stay updated on emerging design trends, tools, techniques in the graphic design field.Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in an agency or corporate setting.- Proven track record of creating impactful digital designs for e-commerce brands or within the beauty industry specifically.- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma/Sketch/InVision or similar prototyping tools.- Strong understanding of typography principles and color theoryexperience working with cross-functional teams such as marketing managers,photographers/videographers etcexperience working on photoshootsexperience working within Shopifyknowledgeable about accessibility best practicesTo apply, please submit your resume, portfolio showcasing relevant work samples.
