Identify and mentor the future leaders of our organizationCoach and give feedback as necessary for all team members, ensuring Pressed Roots standards are being met at all timesBuild relationships with Pressed Roots’ clientele, ensuring that our clients experience only the best every visitMaximize the shop's financial potentialUnderstand and optimize your shop's P&LResolve employee relations and customer issues ensuring the company is protected against liability with a mindfulness of shop morale and cultureExecute operations, marketing, and human resources objectives in the shopManage timekeeping and payroll reporting for your staffBuild and maintain employee schedulesPerform daily and weekly inventory, and maintain ordering levelsOther duties as assigned by managementRequirements4+ years of management experiencePrevious experience in managing a minimum of 15 direct reportsExperience in a fast-paced service environmentConsistently delivers remarkable customer service and has a genuine passion for qualityAdvanced experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing a teamInventory management and scheduling experienceProven track record in growing salesSalon experience and a cosmetology license a plus!Pressed Roots follows all applicable federal, state and local laws in regards to background checks.Benefits50K to 60K Anually plus bonus potenial!Employee discountHealth insurancePTOGrowth Opportunities
