.This role involves assisting the Senior Paid Media Specialist with client consulting and the development, implementation, and optimization of large-budget paid media strategies. Responsibilities include managing various paid media initiatives, such as search engine marketing, paid social advertising, media planning, and more. Other core values include: Respect - Integrity - Initiative - AdaptabilityAbout the Paid Media Specialist positionResponsibilities :Builds, launches and optimizes paid media campaigns across multiple platforms,Monitors budgets & pacing to achieve clients goals,Tracks KPIs and identifies areas of opportunity to further improve long-term success of paid media campaigns,Supports senior paid media specialist with planning, developing, and implementing comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility and recognition to drive new user acquisition, leads, and or purchases,Assists with brand and website audits to understand our clients' key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic, and identify opportunities to successfully market them and make them stand out in the marketplace,Collaborates with internal marketing teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing and business objectives,When you apply for this role, make sure you write in your cover letter an interesting fact about yourself, and that you saw this instruction in the job description. Less than 1 in 20 applicants will, and you'll jump straight to the front of the line for your attention to detail.Compiles daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with key performance metrics in Looker / Google Data Studio to quantify results and communicate findings and insights to the client,Prepares advertising schedules and timelines for client onboarding, campaign launch, and ongoing account optimization and maintenance,Develops ad copy for Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaigns with the ultimate objective of generating action, interest, and/or engagement from the targeted audience,Keeps on top of PPC and SEM news and trends,Serves as an internal consultant working with the broader team on all matters related to paid media.Who You Are:An industry expert with knowledge of paid search and paid social channel management (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads etc.),Equal parts competitive and curious - a true problem solver,Analytical thinking with strong math skills,Use information, data, and resources to proactively identify and solve problems to get the job done,Stellar organizational skills with an eye for detail,Diligent work habits and ability to meet deadlines; ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously,Strong communication skills, and you're amazing with clients.Eagerness to learn new strategies to effectively manage paid media and client expectations.Do You Have?2+ years of experience as a Paid Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or comparable position within an agency,2+ years of B2B SaaS paid media marketing experience heavily preferred,Experience working with $100k-$1M per month in paid media budgets,Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities in a client-facing role,Professional and respectful demeanor in dealing with internal and external business partners,Effective time management in a professional setting,Experience in data analysis and reporting,Knowledge of digital marketing concepts,Proficiency in Google Ads and other paid media platforms: Linkedin Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing/Microsoft, Criteo, StackAdapt, etc.,Experience in Google Tag Manager implementing conversion tracking preferred,Extensive working knowledge of analytics tools (Google Analytics, LookerStudio, SEMRush, etc.).Benefits include:Salary ranges from $55,000-$75,000 per year,Medical, dental, and vision insurance,Employer sponsored 401(k),Generous paid time off,Maternity/Paternity leave,100% remote work.Please attach a cover letter along with your resume, to highlight your relevant work experience and tell us why you think you'd be a great fit for this role.
