We are seeking a passionate and driven Studio Manager to help lead our Wellesley Studio to new heights.

Your Role:

The Wellesley Studio Manager is a pivotal role in leading a passionate team and cultivating an environment that promotes growth, excellence, and community within our studio. The ideal candidate is familiar with B/SPOKE's community, brand and culture; is embedded within Wellesley and surrounding community; has a passion and interest in fitness & wellness; and has previous experience in a leadership/people management role (can be outside of the fitness industry). Previous experience managing in retail, hospitality, and fitness will be preferred.

This position will be hybrid - 50% on-site in the Wellesley Studio, and 50% remote working. Schedule will be dynamic and flexible, including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:Leadership + Management:

Lead the hiring, training, and development of front desk staff, studio leads, and other essential personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous growth. Nurture a positive and supportive team culture that celebrates diversity and collaboration, leading by example and embodying our company mission and core values.Studio & Revenue Strategy:

Strategically manage Studio budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and provide insightful financial reporting. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize studio performance and inform strategic decision-making. Develop and execute creative strategies to acquire customers and grow revenue using digital platforms, events, and partnerships.Client Experience Excellence:

Ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to excellence by championing exceptional customer service. Enhance client engagement and loyalty through innovative strategies and foster a welcoming and inclusive studio culture for long-term client relationships. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality within the studio, ensuring adequate supplies and equipment for seamless operations. Enhance efficiency and scalability by creating standardized procedures for all studio locations.Collaboration:

Collaborate across departments to align studio initiatives with organizational goals and ensure seamless execution of programs.Community Activation:

Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to increase brand visibility and community engagement, negotiating and managing sponsorship agreements in line with our values.Your Profile:

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Compensation:

Annual Base Salary Range:

$50,000 - $60,000 USDQuarterly Performance Bonus:
