Additionally, we are deepening our regional work in a number of key areas, including Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Africa, and Asia.The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably visual communications, fine arts, marketing, communications, or similarPrevious office experience and a high level of professionalismStrong experience with and knowledge of social media platformsProficiency in SEO and growth metricsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in website design and developmentA keen eye for design and visual storytellingProactive and intellectually curiousCan adapt quickly to new situations and is internally motivatedTotal discretion and ability to maintain confidentialityTeam orientation and enthusiasmExcellent judgment and common senseAbility to solve problems creativelyFlexibility with an understanding that work is often not confined to traditional 9a-5p hoursJOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Managing and creating content for client social media accountsDesign and execute internal and external visual assets for clients, including social media graphics, infographics, PowerPoints, official documents, websites, and other visual assetsImplement strategic communications plans for our clients via visual storytelling with a deep understanding of key messages and target audiencesAssist in developing and executing social media strategy and content creation plansAssist in researching and writing social media and blog posts, recommending compelling angles for thought leadership to advance client goalsMaintain deadlines while delivering outstanding resultsWork across teams to deliver critical supportOther projects and tasks as assigned based on interest and needBENEFITS:Competitive salaryHybrid work opportunitiesMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) employer matchGenerous paid holidays and leave policiesAPPLICATION:Resume and cover letter1 writing sample2-3 design samplesPersonal website (if applicable)Available start datePlease send all materials to lfernandez@
