Position: Product Marketing Manager – Events

FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations)

Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually*

Reporting to: Manager of Product Marketing

Position Summary

The Product Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing for events at the new Augustine Institute campus in Florissant, MO. This individual will develop effective marketing campaigns to engage and inspire users and increase brand adoption, engagement, and retention across all campus events. The ideal candidate will bring diverse experience that ranges from managing physical and digital media campaigns to delivering campaign reports to key stakeholders and executive leadership. Strong brand and product marketing experience is an absolute must! Lifecycle marketing experience is highly desired.

The best candidates will bring a desire and passion for storytelling and eliciting emotion in a target audience to drive them to action. Experience with app store marketing, marketing automation, Google Marketing Platforms (GTM & GA4), Digital Media, and Agile marketing is desired. The ability to inspire and influence others and to work collaboratively across multiple teams is important to your success! You will help grow the Augustine Institute’s on campus events by reaching Catholics with the right message at the right time in their faith journey; you will help them grow in their faith as they explore all the offerings from the Augustine Institute.

Roles & Responsibilities

Look at holistic data on leads and customers to evaluate successful strategies and areas for improvement/growth.Responsible for driving organizational success toward OKRs and KPIs, including revenue, guest sentiment, occupancy rates, experience adoption, and visitor retention.Own and champion the visitor journey for the Augustine Institute campus, while developing and maintaining visitor personas.Coordination and organization of all campus marketing activities across all media platforms, including but not limited to email, PR, direct mail, social media, awards, events, agencies, and communications.Works closely with Creative Services and digital marketing to manage timelines and asset creation for all content marketing, sales, and customer success efforts.Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors whose services are used to promote the campus.Serve as the primary focal point for all campus event marketing activities in collaboration with counterparts in content and technology.Serve as the liaison for the marketing team between technology and operations.Works in collaboration with Web Analytics and Reporting Manager to develop standardized reporting processes and metrics that keep goals, objectives, and performance highly visible for stakeholders across the apostolate.Provide product management expertise in brand positioning and collaborate to execute marketplace and consumer research.Research, analyze, and monitor economic, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and the competitive landscape.Discover cross-selling and upselling opportunities to increase the engagement and LTV of campus audiences.

5+ years of experience developing professional omnichannel brand & lifecycle marketing campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.Necessary Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Familiarity with analytics and data reporting, especially in Google Analytics and HubSpotExperience planning and executing omnichannel campaigns in marketing automation software like HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Pardot.Experience developing marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C audiences.Experience operating within an Agile Marketing or Scrum methodology.Outstanding project management skills, especially in prioritizing competing objectives and knowing when to say no.Highly organized and process-driven, with excellent project management skills.An understanding of the Catholic Church and general knowledge of diocesan organization and operations.Exceptional time management skills and ability to define and achieve outcomes that meet or exceed the organization’s goals.Ability to consistently demonstrate the Augustine Institute’s core values including:
