The position provides support, coordinates and administers specific marketing services and programs designed to support lead generation, listings and other sales activities. Assists with special projects as needed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

(Essential Job Functions)

The marketing coordinator provides marketing support, which may include any of the following job duties and responsibilities (85%):

Develop and produce promotional materials for print and online media. Responsibilities include layout design and modification for agent and branding objectives, coordination of content, graphic design support, editing, and proofing.Provide marketing and other creative consultation support.Organize proper channeling and completion of marketing request forms and data between the marketing department and agents, branch offices, and departments.Training of sales associates relating to current marketing programs, issues, and events.Plan and participate in special company events or meetings.Maintain/issue inventory of marketing materials and promotional items.Serve as a backup to other departments and staff.Digital Press Coordination (5-10%)

Print and process jobs requested from the Marketing department.Ensure accurate billing to sales associates through the accounting department.Maintain and create printing templates.Order and maintain an appropriate inventory of printing supplies.Maintain a proper maintenance schedule for printing equipment.Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned. (0 – 5%)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications; or equivalent work experience.Experience:

Related experience in a marketing or advertising considered a plus.Graphic design experience:Real estate background would be considered a plus.Knowledge and Skills:

Strong computer skills. Ability to use both PC and Mac computers and software. Knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign a plus.Ability to work as a member in a team-oriented environment, yet as an independent worker with minimal supervision.Effective oral and written communication skills. A customer service focus.Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail oriented. Flexible and adaptable.Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Project management and organizational skills.
