Job Description:
UI/UX Designer
A successful UI/UX designer designs best in class UI applications used by large enterprise clients.
They will play a key role in understanding the user needs, define user flows, create wireframes and porotypes, iterate on designs based on user feedback
What you will do:
Work With Product teams to understand requirements and design front end applicationsGather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineersIllustrate design ideas using storyboards, and process flowsDesign graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgetsBuild page navigation buttons and search fieldsDevelop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look likeCreate original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholdersIdentify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedbackAdhere to style standards on fonts, colors and imagesConduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of designs with real usersWhat you will need to have:
Proven work experience and knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc, InVision, MIRO, FIGMA, Avacode)3 + years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role Proven work experience as aTeam spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersWhat would be great to have:
