About the position
Altruist is entering an exciting phase, and we're looking for a Lead Product Designer with exceptional mobile-design expereince to join our Product Design team.
What you'll doWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to visualize a revolutionary new platform for financial advisors and their clientsBuild detailed product flows, including error states and edge casesDesign for both desktop and mobileApply data, research, and customer insights to design decisionsAlign with product and engineering to determine what success means for a given initiativeOwn the end-to-end design from ideation and research to executionIterate quickly through mockups and clickable prototypes that may range in fidelity and functionalityWork within defined timelines to prioritize your work for maximum impactWork within our existing styles and design system to create a cohesive experienceWhat you'll bring

Total compensation includes a competitive benefits package along with equity in the form of Stock Options (ISOs).
