Job Description:
As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will work closely with all departments, including sales, service, and parts, to create engaging content that promotes our dealership, services, and events.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.Create and curate engaging content including text, images, videos, and infographics.Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive engagement.Collaborate with the sales and service departments to promote special offers, new arrivals, and dealership events.Respond to customer inquiries and reviews on social media in a timely and professional manner.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to reach target audiences and achieve marketing goals.Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for content creation and promotion.Assist in developing and maintaining a content calendar.Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content.Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.Ability to work collaboratively with various departments and external partners.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits:
